We own two (2) units in the North end of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina between 74th Avenue North and 75th Avenue North. We were sick of staying in places that were either dirty or used solely as rental property for profit without any upkeep or maintenance. Our places on the other hand are used by us personally and our extended family, year round. We are not a rental agency but personal owners who are willing to share with you our breathtaking property on the ocean that we call "our paradise". We take pride in our units and have added a lot of personal touches to make them our units someplace we can call home!
Our first unit is a THREE (3) bedroom Townhouse:
- 1,600 square feet of space
- Sleeps up to twelve (12) people
- Master bedroom - 1 King bed & 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa
- 2nd Bedroom - 2 Full beds
- 3rd Bedroom - 2 Twin beds
- Queen size Sleeper Sofa in the living room
- Brand new full size kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances
- New cherry kitchen cabinets, sink and appliances
- Washer and dryer on the first floor
- 2 1/2 bathrooms,
- 1st Floor patio,
- 3rd Floor covered patio,
- 61 inch TV and Blue-ray player in the living room
- Flat panel TVs and Blu-ray or DVD players throughout the townhouse.
- Solid hardwood dining table with 6 chairs

Our second unit is a Direct Ocean View Efficiency:
- Located on the Second Floor of the resort at the elevator
- Overlooking the large outdoor pool & Atlantic Ocean
- Picture perfect view of the ocean 24 hours/7 days a week.
- Two (2) full size beds
- Table and chairs
- Full bathroom
- Private balcony
- Small kitchenette w/ sink, cook top and coffee maker
- Full size closet with additional storage above the kitchen area
We have enjoyed Myrtle Beach so many years that we decided to own a piece of paradise for ourselves.
If you are looking to rent a high quality unit with the owner's touch, than look no further. We have invested in high quality furniture and in facilities that offer you one stop shopping. There is virtually NO reason you would need to leave the resort complex, but we are sure you will to take in all that Myrtle Beach, S.C. has to offer its visitors.
Our complex has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, kiddie pools, a convenient store, game room, multiple restaurants, pool side bar service, volley ball court, gazebo, outdoor dinning and plenty of free parking.

We pride ourselves on having high quality units for our own personal use and that of our guests. We do not play games with specials and will not get you with add ons. We have one price for every thing including the unit, towels and clearing that others charge as add-ons. We are private owners and can provide you with much better rates than you can obtain from the resort itself. Stay in our "A+" grade units as opposed to the resorts units that range from "A" to "E".
